Normally, all arrangments need to be made in (or before) your Viewing. We'll discuss your needs and make the best arrangment for you.

Sittings are paid upon booking so finance doesn't apply.

We don't offer payment plans or layby as it tends to take up staffing and skills that should really be dedicated to giving you the best portraiture and experience.

Thus, if you want finance we'd offer you a finance company. Just ask for an application when you come in.

(on your order agreement):

1. A minimum 35% deposit (to ensure you’re not in over your head with your order). When placing your order, payment in full is of course preferred.
2. 4-6 weeks 'til your order is ready & full payment is due. You take care of the balance in person or by direct banking etc while you wait for our call to say: "Your images are all ready! :o) "
3. Then 10 days grace 'til we charge your CC - if provided for this purpose to cover the unexpected.
4. Then 30 days from order ready before a 10% late fee applies (only to any outstanding balance - the more you pay before this the smaller the fee).

This means that, if you need it, you should have at least 8 weeks from when you placed your order to pay the balance genuinely interest free.

We think these terms are quite generous, with lots of second chances already built in, and we like to be fair to all our clients so we don't make exceptions.

(except by a day or two by arrangement: we can shift the due date to your weekly pay day for example)

• Payment in person: Cash, Eftpos or credit card.
• Call the studio with your credit card number.
• Direct debit into our Photographers Inc account
  (Call 360 1669 or ask us for our account number)
  Please attach your reference: i.e. the “order number” from when you placed your order
  (if you don't know your order number just ask us).
  If paying by Direct Debit, please call the studio to inform us when you do so we can be sure to credit it to the right account.

We call or email you as soon as they are ready and you are more than welcome to pop in to pick them up anytime you like after that.

We are open 9:30am to 5pm Tues-Fri, no appointment necessary (although we do like to know when to expect you so we don’t end up calling you too often). If you really need a late night pick-up time, we can even arrange a time for you when one of us can work late on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
