Relax and enjoy a 30 minute to 1.5 hour portrait shoot at Photographers Inc.  It truly is the ultimate little boost to your mood, your profile and your confidence. You will enjoy a fabulous one-hour makeover (if you choose) followed by that all-important half-hour in our studio with our award winning professional portrait photographer.

Feel great and look amazing. After an hour in the chair you will be de-stressed and looking your very best for the images that will reflect you for the years to come. Our professional makeup artists are at the top of their field (and, yes, we can do make up and/or hair styling for the guys).

This is approximately half an hour's intensive shoot with one of the top people photographers in the country.

We will incorporate different looks and styles into your shoot to find the best looks for you ensuring you have options when picking the right image for every situation.

Please note that booking ahead saves disappointment.

What to remember on the day:

1. Some business clients prefer to keep their own usual look and only get a touch-up when they arrive, others make the most of the makeover included. If you wish to do the latter, please arrive with clean, dry, product free hair and face.
2. We prefer that you are also makeup free but if not, and wanting a full make-up: please bring your cleanser with you. We pride ourselves in using only high quality products applied with care by highly skilled professionals.  However, should you have an allergy to any skincare or cosmetic products, please let us know in advance so that we can provide quality alternatives.. or, if you prefer, feel free to bring along any specific products you know & trust.
3. Clothing: Please bring a range of outfits, tops and accessories with you. Include any uniforms or blazers you need in your image - make sure you know what requirements your company has for what should ideally be in the image before you come. Do remember to bring underwear to match if you don’t want the white shirt black bra look. Have fun picking your outfits, or if you are unsure bring a selection and we will help style your shoot.

Scheduling and planning ahead:

Please try to provide a week ot two's notice of changes but, as sometimes this is not possible, do ensure you give at least 48 hours notice (Tues - Fri) if you wish to change or cancel an appointment. As we have booked out the studio and our time just for you, a $50 fee applies should inadequate notice be given.

Please remember to bring your diary to your Sitting so we can book a good time for your 1hr viewing in the following week or so. Just let us know if you prefer that we provide a selection of images directly to your office instead. If so, let us know how many and any specifics you prefer - ideally before the shoot so we can guarantee they'll be included when we take them.

Copyright in all parts of all images created by Photographers Inc remains the property of photographers inc. Under the Standard Terms of Trade you purchase a license to use your selection of the Copyright images from photographers inc. This allows us to provide you with actual imagery to select from without any prior obligation imposed before you see them. This does not mean that we'll use your images for anything other than that and (optionally) to promote our service. Just ask if you need any special terms or assurance.

All sittings come with one complimentary viewing of your images during which a senior member of staff will guide you through the big-screen selection process - we get a lot of compliments on this as a great way to assist you find the right choices for you and your budget.

• Images are sold per image
• The number of images you purchase can be varied to suit your requirements.
• We suggest that you bring a colleague to the viewing to help give an independent point of view on the sometimes-challenging decisions: do expect to find it hard to choose which one you love the most.
• Photographers Inc do not supply proof sheet or digital thumbnails of the shoot.
• There is only one complimentary viewing of your images, if you are unable to come to a decision at this viewing there is a $50.00 cost to book an additional viewing - so bring the important people you need to make a decision with you to this appointment. Saves you valuable time.

Payment for sitting is made upon booking.

NB: Other payment arrangements can be made for larger businesses requiring multiple staff to be photographed. This just needs to be arranged prior to commencement of work.

Standard turnaround for business imagery is 3-4 business days from your Sitting.

Next day turnaround can be available for +50%
