Use what’s left of your parental influence to tell them it is booked and attendance is mandatory (if you think this will work!). Otherwise by the time they all end up back in the same country again with the time to notice that they would like something to remember you by - you might be the one needing help up our stairs! It’s easier for everyone to work in with a date that suits you than to haggle ad infiitum over all possible variations.
